CIC Directs CBSE to Permit Inspection of Smriti Irani’s School Records - (18 Jan 2017)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has directed Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to permit examination of Textiles Minister Smriti Irani's Class X and Class XII records, overruling the argument that this was personal information.
