NGT Notices AOL & Others Over Plea Challenging Its Jurisdiction to Decide Damage to Yamuna - (18 Jan 2017)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has sought a response from Art of Living (AOL) Foundation, environmental activist Manoj Misra and others on a challenge to its jurisdiction in deciding on damage caused to Yamuna floodplains by three-day World Cultural festival held on the site in March last year.
