Delhi HC Refuses to Secure Ranbaxy Assets in Daiichi Case - (18 Jan 2017)

Delhi High Court has asked Malvinder Singh & Shivinder Singh, former promoters of Ranbaxy Laboratories, to abide by their previous undertaking and ensure penalty that Singapore Tribunal had awarded in favor of Daiichi remained secured.
