Bombay HC Seeks State’s Reply Over Delay in Deciding Eligibility for Victim Welfare Scheme - (17 Jan 2017)

Bombay High Court has asked State Government to explain delay in deciding whether benefits of its rehabilitation schemes meant for survivors of rape and child abuse can be applied with retrospective effect in certain deserving cases.
