Bombay HC Grants Bail to 3 Accused of Murdering Muslim Man, Terms It a Case of Religious Provocation - (17 Jan 2017)

Bombay High Court while granting bail to three men accused of attacking and murdering a Muslim man after attending a Hindu Rashtra Sena (HRS) meeting in Pune, has observed that they were provoked in the name of religion and have committed murder.
