Delhi HC Directs Private Unaided Schools to Start Nursery Admission - (16 Jan 2017)

Delhi High Court has stepped in to "avoid ambiguity" in nursery admissions and allowed private unaided schools to invite applications on basis of their own criteria plus Neighbourhood norm brought in by Delhi government.
