Delhi HC to Centre “Act on KG basin report” - (11 Sep 2015)

Delhi High Court while disposing of petition filed by PSU, where it has accused Reliance Industries of “deliberately disgorging“ natural gas worth Rs 30,000 crores from its well in Krishna-Godavari basin, has directed Centre to take decision within six months of receiving expert panel's report.
