Supreme Court Refuses to Intervene in Govt Mechanism For Allocating Natural Resources - (13 Jan 2017)

Supreme Court has said that auction should be preferred mode of allocating scarce national resources to private parties for commercial exploitation and refused to intervene in conditions set by Government while dismissing a plea against spectrum auctions held in 2015.
