Karnataka HC: Lokayukta SIT Can Probe Only Referred Illegal Mining Cases - (12 Jan 2017)

Karnataka High Court has said that Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Karnataka Lokayukta, constituted to probe illegal mining cases, can investigate only those cases referred to it and not each and every case of illegal mining.
