Allahabad HC Stays Allotment of More Than 1000 Flats in Supertech Project - (12 Jan 2017)

Allahabad High Court has stayed allotment of more than 1,000 flats in Supertech Czar Suites luxury apartments at Greater Noida after allegations that proper sanction was not obtained for their construction.
