Hyderabad HC Confirms Order Directing Father to Undergo DNA Test to Decide Paternity of His Child - (11 Jan 2017)

Hyderabad High Court has made it clear that there was no illegality in a Family Court ordering a father to undergo DNA test to decide paternity of his child.
