Delhi Based Court Directs Gymkhana Club to Strictly Follow Doctrine of ‘Fairness’ - (09 Jan 2017)

A Delhi Court has restrained Delhi Gymkhana Club (DGC) from giving "out of turn" permanent membership to children of sitting members, saying that it is the duty of a club to follow doctrine of "fairness" in all its actions.
