Delhi HC: Industrial Tribunal to Decide Pachauri’s Appeal in Sexual Harassment Case - (09 Jan 2017)

Delhi High Court has "left it open" for Industrial Tribunal, which is hearing former TERI chief R K Pachauri's plea against Internal Complaints Committee's findings on him in a sexual harassment case, to proceed further and decide appeal as per law.
