Hyderabad HC Restrains Telangana Govt. From Acquiring Lands under G.O.Ms. No. 123 - (06 Jan 2017)

Hyderabad High Court has declared that Telangana Government shall henceforth, not purchase lands under G.O.Ms.No.123 dated 30.07.2015 for public purpose of construction of irrigation projects.
