Hyderabad HC Vacates NGT’s Stay Order in Irrigation Scheme with Riders - (04 Jan 2017)

Hyderabad High Court has vacated stay order of National Green Tribunal (NGT) for Palamuru Ranga Reddy Lift Irrigation Scheme (PRLIS) on condition that Telangana Government will not take up any construction for irrigation purposes without obtaining statutory clearances.
