Supreme Court Refuses Plea Challenging HC Ruling Against RBS - (04 Jan 2017)

Supreme Court has refused to accept Rashtra Bhasha Sabha’s (RBS) prayer for a stay on HC verdict in case related to additional premium and ground rent decided by Nagpur Improvement Trust for leasing out Government land to it as per old rates.
