Supreme Court Seeks List of Loan Defaulters from Central Govt. - (04 Jan 2017)

Supreme Court has asked Centre to give list of "corporate entities" against whom outstanding loans were in excess of Rs 500 crore, besides seeking empirical data on recovery cases pending for last ten years in Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and their appellate bodies.
