NGT Notices MoEFCC, MoUD For Diluting Laws on Buildings & Constructions - (03 Jan 2017)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has issued notice to Ministry Of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) and Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) for dilution of laws for buildings and constructions.
