Bombay HC Issues Restrain Order against FMCG Company for Infringing Realtor Kalpataru’s Trademark - (10 Sep 2015)

Bombay High Court has granted realty developer Kalpataru Properties‘ request for a preliminary injunction restraining fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company "Kalpataru Group" for infringing Kalpataru's trademark and trade-name.
