Cheque Bounce Cases: Madras High Court Directive to Subordinate Courts - (10 Sep 2015)

Madras High Court has issued directions to all subordinate courts in State to ensure that cheque bounce cases were heard only by courts within whose jurisdiction the branch of the bank where the payee maintains an account and presents the cheque for payment was situated.
