Punjab & Haryana HC Terms Ad Hocism Arrangement in Educational Institutions a Disease - (02 Jan 2017)

Punjab and Haryana High Court, miffed over ad hocism and contractual arrangements in educational institutions across Haryana, has said such appointments are like 'disease' subjecting academia to disrepute.
