Gujarat High Court Notices Auda, Nirma School over Violation of Land Usage Agreement - (29 Dec 2016)

Gujarat High Court has issued notices to Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority(Auda) and Nirma Education & Research Foundation after residents of Bodakdev placed a notice issued by Auda to Nirma Vidyalaya in 2011 to remove construction put up at a public playground in violation of usage agreement.
