CCI Approves Madison India- Micromax Deal - (28 Dec 2016)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has accepted request from investment fund Madison India Opportunities Ltd to acquire an equity stake in mobile phone manufacturing company Micromax Informatics Ltd.
