CCI Approves Pfizer Inc- ICU Medical Inc Acquisition Deal - (28 Dec 2016)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has accepted acquisition of drug manufacturer Pfizer Inc’s global infusion system business by US-based ICU Medical Inc.
