Delhi HC Restrains Intex from Selling Aqua Smartphone, Accessories in Local Market - (28 Dec 2016)

Delhi High Court has barred mobile phone maker 'Intex' from selling its Aqua brand handsets and its accessories in local market, taking note of a trademark infringement plea of market rival 'Aqua Mobiles'.
