Bombay High Court Dismisses NSE Petition against Moneylife - (10 Sep 2015)

Bombay High Court while deciding the matter in favour of defendants Sucheta Dalal and Debashis Basu, founders of media firm Moneylife has dismissed the National Stock Exchange's (NSE) notice of motion against the firm.
