Himachal Pradesh HC Turns Down Virbhadra’s Plea Challenging IT Dept Order - (27 Dec 2016)

Himachal Pradesh High Court has dismissed petitions filed by Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, his wife Pratibha and son Vikramaditya challenging orders of Income Tax (I-T) Department to reassess their revised returns.
