2G Spectrum Case: Supreme Court Rejects Government Move to Remove Venugopal as CBI, ED Counsel - (10 Sep 2015)

SC has rejected government's move to remove senior advocate K K Venugopal as a counsel for CBI and Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the 2G spectrum allocation scam matter and appointed him as amicus curiae to assist the Court in the case.
