Madras HC Directs TNSTC to Pay Compensation Amount Via Electronic Fund Transfer - (26 Dec 2016)

Madras High Court has devised a new methodology to ensure that Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) does not delay payment of compensation in motor accident claim cases, by asking TNSTC to pay the amount through electronic fund transfer method.
