Delhi HC Stays Centre’s Decision to Reject Airlines Security Clearance - (26 Dec 2016)

Delhi High Court has stayed Centre’s decision to reject security clearance to air charter service Air Car Airlines Pvt Ltd for transporting Rs 3.5 crore in demonetised notes in a passenger’s baggage.
