Calcutta HC: Aadhaar Card Is Not Proof of Citizenship - (26 Dec 2016)

Calcutta High Court, while rejecting claim of citizenship on ground that accused possessed Aadhaar card, has ruled that ‘Aadhaar card is not a proof of Indian citizenship’.
