Delhi High Court Slams Govt. on Delaying Child Workers' Rescue - (09 Sep 2015)

Delhi HC has directed Delhi's Chief Secretary to immediately revamp working of Child Welfare Committees (CWC) and their interaction with court/judiciary, concerned over increasing number of child labourers in city. The court ordered city's top bureaucrat to review working of CWCs and juvenile homes.
