Bombay HC: To Keep Mumbai Clean, Conservancy Workers Can’t be Enslaved - (23 Dec 2016)

Bombay High Court, while dismissing BMC's petition against making 2,700 persons from Solid Waste Department permanent has ruled that ‘to keep Mumbai clean, you cannot enslave and violate fundamental rights of workers who work hard to maintain city’.
