Allahabad High Court Declares Land Acquisition by YEIDA as ‘Bad’ in Eye of Law - (23 Dec 2016)

Allahabad High Court has declared land acquisition proceedings initiated by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) in Niloli Sahpur village of Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida) as "bad and not done in accordance with law".
