NGT to Haridwar District Administration: “If You Can’t Control Things, the Court Will” - (09 Sep 2015)

Expressing displeasure over non-compliance to its plastic ban order at Haridwar, National Green Tribunal (NGT) Chairman Swatanter Kumar directed Haridwar District Administration to get its act together and said, "If you can't control things, the court will do it".
