Karnataka HC Quashes Defamation Proceedings Against owner of Karavali Ale - (22 Dec 2016)

Karnataka High Court has quashed defamation case filed by Former Minister Krishna J. Palemar against Chairman and Managing Director of Mangaluru-based Chitra Publications Pvt. Ltd. that publishes a Kannada daily, Karavali Ale.
