NGT Says Realty Projects’ FSI (floor space index) Area, to be Computed for Environmental Nod - (09 Sep 2015)

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has held that fire safety provisions, parking spaces and recreation grounds must be included while computing a realty project's built-up area to determine if it needs environmental clearance.
