Hyderabad High Court Rejects Plea Seeking Declaration of Jayalalithaa's Assets as Public Properties - (21 Dec 2016)

Hyderabad High Court has dismissed a plea filed by a city-based organisation seeking declaration of late J Jayalalithaa's assets located in Telangana as public properties and imposed Rs 1-lakh fine on it.
