Bombay HC Directs Service Tax Department to Revalue Mallya’s Plane - (21 Dec 2016)

Bombay High Court has asked Service Tax Department, which has to recover dues of Rs 532 crore from business tycoon Vijay Mallya, to revalue his luxury plane parked at Mumbai airport.
