NGT Announces Fine of Rs. 10,000 for Throwing Waste in Public Place - (20 Dec 2016)

National Green Tribunal (NGT), while announcing that throwing garbage in open will attract a fine Rs. 10,000, has said that municipal solid waste is one of the most serious pollutants in the country, especially in Delhi.
