SC Slams Subordinate Court over Delay in Charging BSP Lawmaker in Murder Case - (09 Sep 2015)

SC while taking exception to non-framing of charges by subordinate court in UP against a lawmaker in a murder case even two decades after he was accused of the crime, has slammed subordinate judiciary over snail's pace at which they function in North India when it comes to high and mighty.
