Delhi HC Seeks Government’s Reply over Non-payment of Fees to APPs - (20 Dec 2016)

Delhi High Court has sought a report from Chief Secretary, Ministry of Law over non-payment of fees by Delhi Government to thirty-two Additional Public Prosecutors (APP).
