Madras HC: Frame Action Plan to Stop Bonded Labour - (20 Dec 2016)

Madras High Court, concerned with poor conviction rate of offenders facing trial for forced bonded labour, has directed Tamil Nadu Government to appoint a State-level officer within a month.
