Madras HC: Places of Worship Cannot be Used to Create Extra-Constitutional Forums - (20 Dec 2016)

Madras High Court, while putting an end to menace of illegal 'sharia courts' functioning from various mosques across Tamil Nadu, has said that authorities must stop such activities within a month.
