Delhi HC Quashes IT Notice to Bharti Airtel over Inter-Connection Charges - (20 Dec 2016)

Delhi High Court has quashed notices by Income Tax Department which required Bharti Airtel Ltd. to provide details of inter-connection charges paid by telecom company to foreign entities.
