Supreme Court Refuses to Modify Pandian's Bail Condition in Sohrabuddin Case - (09 Sep 2015)

Supreme Court has refused to modify bail condition of suspended IPS officer Rajkumar Pandian, accused in alleged fake encounter killings of Sohrabuddin Sheikh along with his wife Kauserbi and slammed him for stay of trial in the case.
