Supreme Court: Court Cannot Interfere in Policy Making Arena of Government - (20 Dec 2016)

Supreme Court, while dismissing a plea against introduction of Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojna, 2016, has held that Court cannot interfere in policy making arena and suggest a different scheme.
