Madras High Court Dismisses Plea Against BCCI - (09 Sep 2015)

Madras High Court has dismissed a public interest litigation petition, seeking direction to Centre to take over management and administration of cricket from Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on ground that private body could not be allowed to manage affairs of national sports team.
