Delhi HC Reserves Verdict over Toyota’s Trademarks Infringement Case - (19 Dec 2016)

Delhi High Court has reserved its verdict on an appeal by Prius Auto Industries, challenging an order that held that the firm had infringed some of Japanese car maker Toyota Motor Corp.’s trademarks.
