SC Upholds Ex-Army Officer’s Acquittal in Murder Case - (19 Dec 2016)

Supreme Court has rapped CBI for failing to bring home guilt of accused, and said it 'cannot hang any person' if evidence on record does not conclusively establish his guilt.
